How deletion works
- Submit the form with the email on your TourEnugu account (or use live chat / email support).
- We verify ownership, then deactivate the account and remove personal profile data.
- You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What we delete
- Your TourEnugu account login and profile details
- Saved travellers and payment methods on file
- Wishlist, notification preferences, and marketing opt-ins
- In-app notification history tied to your account
What we may keep
- Booking and payment records required for aviation, tax, and fraud compliance
- Anonymised analytics that no longer identify you
- Correspondence needed to complete an open dispute or refund
